Fitness SUP is a mixture of SUP, Core fitness and Crossfit on the beach which is an intense exercise program featuring dynamic exercises like plyometric jumps, and Olympic lifts while using non-traditional weightlifting equipment such as kettlbells, sand-bags, suspension systems or water-filled implements. With the combination of SUP we focus on balance and the muscles that is needed for SUP. It's an existing way to work out. The SUP board challenges and intensifies even the basic fitness moves improving your balance, core stability, strength and cardiovascular system.
