One of the great advantages with Wing Surf isthat it is possible to sail even in light winds when using a foil. You can take off from only 4-5 m/s. It is also ideal for beginners to learn about the Wing that is very light and easy to learn compared to windsurfing. No need for big wave conditions, in Wing foiling it is possible to surf on flat water e.g. a lake.

Wingfoiling will make you work your back and leg muscles, especially when you pump your feet or hands on the wing to move forward. So you really feel like you’re working all the muscles in your body. It is also an interesting practice for the cardio, we work on endurance and much less on explosiveness. It is a sport that is very accessible to all, and particularly suitable for both women and men.
